CIVANA has partnered with the Center to offer special accommodation rates (Deluxe Queens) at $129 per night. These rates do not included taxes, service charges, or food on site. Once registration for the program is complete through the website below, instructions will be given on how to register for this exclusive offer for CIVANA following your confirmation email. Day 1 - Friday
11:00 -12:00noon: Arrive on-site
12:00 – 1:30pm: Lunch, introductions and welcome
1:30 – 2:30pm: Free time
2:30 – 3:00pm: Ground rules, brief overview of 2 programs
3:00 – 4:00pm: Intention-setting, journaling, opening group work and meditation
4:00 – 5:00pm: Short break/stretches, lovingkindness meditation, begin silence.
5:30 – 7:00pm: Dinner in silence
7:30 – 8:30pm: Group meditation and closing of day
Day 2 - Saturday
6:00 – 9:am: Breakfast in silence
7:00-8:00am: Yoga
9:30 – 12:30pm: Break silence. Power of Purpose - meditation, writing, coaching, movement
12:30 – 2:00pm: Lunch (optional silence)
1:30 – 4:30pm: Power of Purpose - meditation, writing, coaching, movement in silence
4:30 – 6:00pm: Free time or individual coaching
6:00 – 7:30pm: Dinner
7:30 – 8:30pm: Gratitude hour
Day 3 – Sunday
6:00 – 9:am: Breakfast in silence
9:30 – 11am: Closing group meditation and ceremony
11am: Check-out
