Mindful Eating Workshop

Come join us for a series of interactive classes focused on mindful eating. We will explore what mindful eating is, learn how to practice it daily, and understand why it is good for us. All are welcome, no previous mindfulness experience required!

Learn how to improve your relationship with food and enhance your experience eating.

Schedule: 75 minutes a week for 4 weeks
Full cost: $125 per person plus cost of book ($11.52 on Amazon)

Courses offered online or in-person. Audience-specific presentations, keynotes, and workshops available upon request.
